We enjoyed Bohol.

We had the view of the sea.

The hotel is not friendly to people with disabilities. The steps of the stairs were to high. I have knee and ankle issues.

Perfect location for a hotel on a wonderful beach. Small boutique hotel with a much more personal service than in the big ressorts.

July 15-17 2023

The Staffs are kind and accommodating. The rooms are clean and big for a family of 4 or 5. The bathroom is also big enough.

The food takes too long to be served. We waited for more than an hour for our breakfast. The food is a bit pricey. The water heater is not functioning. The way to the hotel is not Senior Citizen and PWD friendly.

I’m happy with our stay. My nieces loved the place.

It’s beachfront. Place is quiet and not crowded. Staff are courteous and helpful. Good choices for breakfast. They have their own restaurant. The place is clean. So impressed with the bedroom-it’s clean and updated!

Nice little hotel on the beach / little bit noisy and expensive

The location with beach access to the nicest beach in Panglao. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

No road going to the hotel, you need to walk on the beach around 500meters to get there. Our Tuk tuk driver didn’t know the location The AC was a little bit smelly. The room was quite noisy. We stayed 300m away for half of the price and the room was much better. This is the price to pay for direct access to the beach.

Doest worth the price!

The sea view room, cant really sea rhe sea due to all the trees. It covers the landscape. The food is bad, at least I would expect regular prices, but it was extra expensive! The service is not good. They made a lot of mistakes. The location is far from the place u take the rides. They refer to them self as fine dining and resort, but the level of the place is more of a hostel.

Everything was perfect and beautiful. I did not expect much, but it was so private, clean, eco-friendly, the pool was super nice.. the restaurent was amazing! I would like to come back many many times again!

Staffs are extremely welcoming. We have to leave early on our second day, staffs effectively arranged our transport and even prep our breakfast to go at 5 a.m.! Will definitely visit again

Paradise that needs more organization! Has a lot of potential

Beautiful location with breathtaking views. Confortable room and bed Staff is nice! Really nice. Great massages at very affordable prices Small villa just 5 rooms so very quiet.

At this price (we payed 270€ a night taxes included) we came with high expectations. We had to walk behind the staff carrying our luggage on the beach which was quite embarrassing for us to be able to get there. No road to get there yet. The first night there was some kind of party going on @ the neighbors. Staff are really nice but unorganized, shy, insecure, I think with right management this place could go from 8 point something to 9 point 5 easily because it has a lot of potential. Restaurant missing a lot of products example no French fries, beef, pizza.. Would be worth the price if organization gets better.

Friendly staffs ,And they have a great restaurant . Every morning , at breakfast , it's enough for us and so good philippines morning. And Villa umi have a fantastic location . The front of Villa Umi is a long Beach that have a white sand. I think It's not good for snorkeling In the morning , While High water tide . Because , Beach have a long distance and drop off is very far from the shore. But , In the afternoon, In Low tide , It is a easy to go by swim to a Panglao Island's drop off. There are a lot of corals and fishes .

Its hugely over priced for what you get, the rooms are old and the whole set up is not geared to a hotel, its old fashioned and I would not recommend anyone stayed there.

Staff was really so nice and helpfull, one of the best that we've ever met!

For the room we paid 250€ / night, so our expectations were pretty high. The room was ok, view was great but the thing is that in the morning we woke up totally bitten by bedbugs.

Absolutely fantastic location, rooms and staff- we'll be back!

The Staff are all incredibly friendly, polite and helpful, will carry bags to and from drop off point a short 2 minute walk down the beach so access is no problem during road upgrade. Clean rooms and excellent food and drinks at very reasonable price. Safe for children too- our 7 & 5 year old loved villa umi. We will be back for sure!

We cannot fault our stay- nothing at all to complain about!

Next time I would choose something else.

I really liked the beach location and that the beach was clean and there were not many people. IN the garden there was a shower so once you get out of the sea you can immediately take a shower. Also, the room equipment was very nice and it was cosy. I liked the view from the room. I liked the bed - very comfortable. You can have one free transportation to seaport or airport.

There is no road to the villa. For now it's under reconstruction so you cannot get there. We were informed about this only the same day we travelled to the accommodation so we did not know about it. Our tricycle driver had difficulties to get there. Then we found out there is no way. We had to go to a nearby resort, pay the entrance fee and walk from there. You have to pay the entrance fee everytime you want to get to villa. The staff in the hotel is confused. Sometimes they provided incorrect information. They are playing like 30 songs all over again so after 2 days we were going crazy so I had to plug in my phone to hear different music. The service in the restaurant is slow, they sometimes messed up the order. We were staying 5 days and we only got one roll of toilet paper. Then we had to ask for another one. They have overpriced tours there so better to go to Alona beach and book something there. Do not order any cocktails. They cannot prepare it. The price is expensive for the service you are getting. Even though you are paying price for 3 people you will get breakfast only for 2. The third person has to pay for the breakfast. Explanation from them: Othe resorts have the same thing.
